HEC is the white or pale yellow, tasteless, non-toxic fibrous or powdered solid, prepared by etherification of basic cellulose and ethylene oxide (or chloroethanol), is the non-ionic soluble cellulose ether.

Application
As its good properties of thickening, suspension, dispersion, emulsification, adhesion, film formation, moisture protection and protective colloid, HEC has been widely used in petroleum extraction, coating, construction, medical food, textile, paper making and polymer polymerization.
Solution and preparation:
1. Add quantitative clean water to the container;
2. Add hydroxyethyl cellulose at low speed, stir until all hydroxyethyl cellulose, stir until all materials are completely soaked;
3. Stir all hydroxyethyl cellulose to completely dissolved, then add the other components of the formula.
